Subdivision Reviews

DASWCD is a reviewing agency for Dona Ana County's Land Use Regulations, Chapter 300: Subdivision of Land, Article IV: Preliminary Plat Review Process (http://donaanacounty.org/development/regulations). Subdivision application packages submitted to the County are forwarded to DASWCD in order to complete our review. Prior to beginning the review, we submit an invoice to the applicant for our review fee. Upon receiving payment of the invoice, our review is conducted according to the checklist provided below. We forward the results of our review to the County and they complete the rest of the process.
