This eighth edition of the Compliance Guide (link) updates the 2010 edition, primarily to reflect a legislative amendment enacted in 2013 that requires a public body to make the agenda of a regular or special meeting available to the public at least 72 hours in advance of the meeting, and to post meeting agendas on a public body’s website if one is maintained.
